The Flat Iron Steak hails from the second most tender muscle on a beef carcass and is loaded with intricate marbling. This cut is extremely tender and great for any grilling occasion. This cut is DRY-AGED and packaged one steak per pack.

This is a CERTIFIED PRIME CUT, meaning that it has been evaluated and officially graded by a USDA grader.
