Bulk Beef Deposit

THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING BULK BEEF. OUR NEXT BULK BEEF HARVEST WILL BE IN DECEMBER OF 2025. FOLLOWING THAT HARVEST, OUR NEXT BULK BEEF WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MAY OF 2026.

This is a $200 non-refundable deposit for Bulk Beef. By purchasing this item, you are committing to the Bulk quantity identified in the order and are committing to pickup in one of our identified drop off locations (Spokane, Ritzville, Moses Lake). Bulk Beef is available every month, but please be aware that your Bulk Order may take 6-8 weeks to complete. When you complete this deposit, you will be emailed a Cut Sheet within 48 hours. Below is the information for the Bulk quantities.

Eighth Beef | $625 

• 1/8th Beef contains roughly 50 lbs of beef and includes 25 pounds of Ground Beef (1lb packs), 4 Roasts (from the Round or Chuck), 4 Ribeye Steaks, 4 New York Steaks, 2 Packs of Sirloin Steaks, 1 Pack of Tenderloin Steaks, 1 Pack of Bavette Steaks, and 1 Pack of Short Ribs. This quantity will need to be picked up.

Quarter Beef | $11.50/lb

• This option will yield you 100 lbs of beef exactly, bringing your total to $1025. There is no customization available for this quantity, hence you will not receive a cut sheet.

Half Beef | $10.50/lb

• This option will yield you between 200-250 lbs of beef. There is complete customization for this quantity.

Whole Beef | $10.50/lb

• This option will yield you between 400-500 lbs of beef. There is complete customization for this quantity.

BULK GROUND BEEF

• 50 pounds of Ground Beef for $362.50 ($7.50/lb)
