Cut thin across the bone, Flanken Ribs come from the Plate area, which is the same region Short Ribs originate from. These cuts are best seared on the grill with S&P or a simple marinade. Each package contains between 2-3 lbs of Ribs.

This is a CERTIFIED PRIME CUT, meaning that it has been evaluated and officially graded by a USDA grader.

These are great ribs. They cook up great and have the best flavor. Either cook with sauce or just some salt and pepper and garlic salt. The best ribs ever.
