Hailing from the Plate of the beef animal, we fondly nicknamed this cut the "Baby Dino." Each Short Rib is cut english style and has two small bones sandwiched between heavily marbled beef. Short Ribs are best cooked low and slow, making them mouth wateringly tender.

Each package contains 2 Short Ribs and weighs between 2 to 3 lbs.
