One DRY AGED Bone-In Porterhouse Steak, is a well marbled cut with excellent tenderness. It consists of a New York on one side of the bone, and a tenderloin measuring greater than 2" on the other side of the bone. The vertebral bone running through the steak enhances the depth of the flavor profile when seared to perfection. Thickness of our Bone-In Porterhouse Steaks is 1 1/4".
