Filet Mignon if you're fancy... These baseball cut Tenderloin steaks are roughly 2" thick and are DRY-AGED for an enhanced flavor profile. Fork tender and delicious, these could be the best Tenderloins you'll eat. These steaks are packaged two per pack, and are roughly 8 oz steaks.

This is a CERTIFIED PRIME CUT, meaning that it has been evaluated and officially graded by a USDA grader.
