The most versatile cut from the whole animal! Tacos, burgers, pasta, you name it, all you need is your imagination and a skillet. Our Ground Beef comes from a single animal, meaning we do not add excess lean or fat to meet our ratios. The lean to fat percentage is roughly 80/20.

Don't confuse this with store bought hamburger. This 'burger is super tasty and has the perfect fat content (I get the 80/20). Best part is this burger is not a trimmings collection from several animals. Perfect to grill medium rare.
