Hailing from the Plate of the beef animal, we fondly nicknamed this cut the "Baby Dino." Each Short Rib is cut english style and has two small bones sandwiched between heavily marbled beef. Short Ribs are best cooked low and slow, making them mouth wateringly tender.

Each package contains 2 Short Ribs and weighs between 2 to 3 lbs.

So meaty

The short ribs were so meaty and we cooked them up in a pressure cooker and then air crisped them with BBQ sauce. They fell off the bone, and two ribs was enough for both of us with some rice. I'm here writing a review because I was getting ready to buy more!
