Low in fat, great taste

We have been purchasing the Cowboy box plus additional ground beef, brisket, short ribs and tri tip for over a year. This is the best beef we have ever eaten. Delivered frozen to your door or available for pickup at certain farmers markets. It's nice to know where the meat comes from and to buy from such a reliable family
