Beef Flank Steak comes from the flank of the animal and is a flavorful and versatile cut. Our favorite way to cook a Flank Steak is to marinate and sear on the grill. It's best when sliced thin and pairs great in salads, stir-fry's and tacos.

Each Flank Steak weighs between 1.25 to 2 lbs.

Best meat around
