This hearty cut comes from the beef shoulder area, which is known for the rich flavor and fork tender texture. This cut is best cooked low and slow with moist heat. We prefer to throw it in the crock pot with our favorite vegetables. 

This Roast weighs approximately 2 1/2 Pounds and will be labeled either Beef Chuck Roast or Beef Arm Roast.

The portion is perfect for a couple

The portion is perfect for a couple. Still room enough in my cooker for twfrozen. Thus size should we have guests. The meat is fork tender and very tastey. They package it freezer ready and deliver it frozen right to my door ..Very convenient- Delivery is always on time. I recommend.
